Services Cloud™ provides a single set of canonicalized, RESTful APIs that allow retailers to activate services offered by a wide variety of service providers, telcos and wireless companies in multiple geographies and languages.
We abstract the complexity and idiosyncrasies of individual service provider platforms away from our clients, allowing our clients to integrate with a clean, simple, consistent framework. Services Cloud™ provides a clean, abstracted backend access layer to third party services. It exposes streamlined, consistent APIs to external applications and leverages Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and queue platform to manage service provider integration.
All of this insulates clients from complex carrier / service provider API changes.
Services Cloud™ is customizable, workflow and configuration driven. Users define workflows leveraging data mapping for normalization and business rules to handle scenarios all of which can be customized by tenants. Workflow engine manages business process and rules. Carrier API changes can be managed just by configuring the ESB and/or modifying the flows for new activities and business/carrier rules.
